A monumental public artwork for contemporary urban spaces

 

Fragments of Eternity is a large-scale sculptural landmark conceived for prominent civic, cultural, and institutional environments.

The work explores the relationship between humanity, time, and planetary consciousness through a symbolic fusion of sculpture, movement, light, and spatial presence.

 

At the center of the sculpture, a continuously rotating hourglass marks the passage of time within a perpetual 24-hour cycle.

Encased within a transparent sphere engraved with continental forms, the mechanism appears suspended between motion and stillness — reflecting the fragile balance between human existence and the world it inhabits.

 

The sphere is supported by a monumental human hand, symbolizing responsibility, creation, and the enduring connection between mankind and the future of the planet.

 

Designed as a site-responsive public landmark, the sculpture is intended to create a strong visual identity while engaging with the architectural, cultural, and emotional atmosphere of its location.

Each installation is individually adapted to its urban context, scale, and spatial environment.

 

The artwork combines sculptural craftsmanship with contemporary materials and technological systems, including glass, metal, kinetic engineering, and integrated lighting concepts.
